For those attempting to open the skin tool, and getting a password request, you are in the wrong location.  For any UXF file, you need to follow the simple instruction below.  Drop the UXF file in the Skin file as explained by Mustang_Guy. 
 
Directory is C: drive, program files (x86) > EVGA > Precision x16 > Skins

Zim, no need to open this in UxfTool. Copy the file to the Skins directory as shown below. Then open PrecisionX 16, and click the green triangle as shown. Now open the Interface and select the Fallout skin. PrecisionX will restart.

    Let's just post our skins in this custom community skin thread from now on. If I make more I'll just chuck them up in here where they can always be found, then I don't need to make multiple threads. I advise spacepig, Drerex, and others to do the same.     Ehh, I don't really want to downscale it. The way things are situated now looks good IMO and with the effort required to shrink it all down I may as well start an entirely new skin. I've already gotten started on something else that's a little smaller.

    Well, I've made a new skin. I don't know if I should post a new topic for it or post it here. Nobody else seems to be posting their new skins here. I guess I'll post it here anyway.

    The shape looks kinda like a jellyfish, eh? The tabs along the bottom have active states, as in they all appear to come forward when active and fall back when inactive. There wasn't much room to make the fan speed slider vertical so I've changed it to be horizontal.
