So a couple of months ago I upgraded from my 3080 to a 3090.  During that time I developed a brain tumor which not only leaves me unable to currently take advantage of my awesome system, but has wiped all ability to do some pretty basic functions, like apply correct settings to the Precision X1 software.  As I'm afraid of messing with it, I don't even turn on X1, but I do like having the temp readout.  I have no need to OC this thing beyond what it does naturally.  What I'm hoping is that someone can provide me just some basic settings that I can lock in for everyday use.  Fan and clock speeds, memory, voltages.  Just basics.  Something I can save and forget and start up X1 when I boot and not have to worry about something going wrong.  This stuff below. Plus there seem to be new options that weren't there before that I know nothing about.
 

 
On a side note, if anyone is feeling ambitious and generous, I have 2 G.Skill 32gb sicks at 4000 MHz.  I know that before the tumor (with the 3080) I was able to get them up to something like 3800 at least, or so I think I remember through cancer brain, but now I can't get them to go above 26666 without crashing.  Any advice/instructions?

Edit - tried posting a screen but it's not working.  Under motherboard there's an error under Motherboard.  Says check with mobo vendor.  There's a yellow exclamation mark.

That means resizable bar is disabled in the bios. (Assuming your board and motherboard bios supports it) If you go to pcie settings in the bios and enable above 4g decoding and set resizable bar to auto it should no longer have the yellow exclamation mark. I wish you the best and a speedy recovery
