With AMD having gained an edge in terms of both performance and Price thanks to Ryzen.
And me being and AMD fan, Stuck it out through the rough times.
It would be nice to see EVGA and its high quality parts paired with AMD's high quality processors.
Despite the past I can assure you AMD uses the best of the best when it comes to materials that go
into building their processors.

EVGA seems to have always been in favor of customers rather than the Top 5%
AMD has always been about the customers as well marketing towards affordability with somthing for everyone.
Intel on the other hand has always been a money hungry pig and only slashes prices when they were forced to.
Hell at one point the courts even had to stop Intel from becoming a monopoly. That company is disgusting.

Please consider.

Once you have money and fame, the next thing you should expect is scandal and shame

Not happening. A quick google search will bring up such timeless classics as "Will EVGA ever make an AMD motherboard?", "Is EVGA ever going to make an AMD motherboard again?", "EVGA and AMD", "Why no AMD EVGA motherboards?".

The question has been hashed up in various forms for near a decade. I see nothing changing and EVGA will continue to be an Intel only partner.

I suspect AMD's pull to much voltage for them to be able to handle.

As mentioned above Intel + EVGA are partners. Of course in the future anything can happen.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

I don't think that is going to happen. If you like AMD and think Intel is the devil then you have to consider a different MoBo brand.

Depending on how Threadripper turns out, I might be wanting an EVGA AMD mobo.

Right now there really isn't a reason for me to upgrade my X99 system. The one thing I do wish I had is bootable NVME Raid 0, other then that I'm good.

I did this year to test out their new CPU, going back to Intel though.
RYZEN 7 1800X locked down with SMT or HT Off or Disabled and Memory at 2133MHz.
Poor XMP support and Lack of Thermal Sensors or better put two different Temperatures for the CPU and lack of software to read it correctly.
MSI X370 XPOWER GAMING TITANIUM MB Temperature is as high and Higher than the CPU Diode Temperature and as High 83C.
For a Motherboard that is way to high.

Yeah, I was doin well with my 3660k but it died and I had to go back another gen, now it and the amd GPU I have are struggling. I don't spend much time on it anyway, i've lost a lot of interest in computers, and it's a shame, but it's just become that hobby that is far to beyond my means.

I could bet EVGA X399 Classified, EVGA X399 FTW-K and EVGA X399 Micro could bring AMD many customers who don't use computers only for games but like to overclock and want to play games from time to time.

Only NVIDIA periscope monitor everything carefully. Where is AMD CPU section maybe something slip and in GPU Section.
EVGA Radeon could change many things between NVIDIA and EVGA.

But all of us are completely aware that NVIDIA is main culprit because last 3-4 years EVGA can't show domination to other companies as before.
NVIDIA produce and optimize GPU to work with limited voltage and probably to be sensitive on voltage increase and sabotage every serious OC under normal condition. But everything start with NVIDIA Boost. That's great for people who want out of box max from architecture or better to say 80-90%.
Other would like to manually OC and drain from 70% to full 100% capacity of some GPU chip. Because NVIDIA Boost is not Max they can offer.

I would wait for AMD and Intel to Join in a Joint Venture CPU that would work on Both an Intel Motherboard or AMD Motherboard.

I see join dates in here from back in the day yet they're screaming NO EVGA NO AMD NO NO NO NO NO SIREE!

Yet during those times EVGA did make AMD boards.....
If they do it again, it'll be a blast and I'd love to own an AMD EVGA Motherboard again.

I doubt Intel would care one bit if EVGA started to make AMD motherboards along side Intel motherboards. EVGA has a small percentage of the motherboard market. Intel and Nvidia don't care about ASUS, GIGABYTE and MSI making AMD GPU's and motherboards.

My guess is the partnership gives EVGA the ability to start construction and to have Intel chips long before they hit retail under a NDA. That lets them have a motherboard out the second the NDA gets lifted on a product. If they lost that it could take a long time to have a motherboard out.

That would be the same partnership the top 4 mfg have with Intel.

Do you think Intel would try to strong arm EVGA, due to the fact they only have a small percent of the motherboard market?

EVGA's pretty exclusive to Nvidia and Intel. Nothing happened all the years with Radeon or AMD. And of course "they" say everything is possible, but as you can see, there is nothing (all over the years with them). + EVGA, plus minus three hundred employees, compared to others like ASUS: Over six thousand employees - is a "small" unit that need strong connections with their partners.
