Too much work and aggravation for too little profit.
Owner wanted to down size the company to a more manageable size. He is getting older and wants to spend more time with family.
Seems he wants to retire in a few years and does not want to sell the company.
Looks like they are getting out of the motherboard business too. Just going to be PSUs, keyboards, mice and AIO coolers.
Things that are easy to have others make and rebrand. Less work more profit.
Closed the online store, doesn't need the warehouse space or people in shipping and receiving anymore.
Less payroll, payroll taxes, insurance and shipping costs.

EVGA did make some of the best graphics cards during their time. Lots of great memories.

I agree with what Bill has said.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Personally I feel the owner should have sold the company, take the money and enjoy life.

Yes it is very sad. I hope one day EVGA will reconsider and change their current sales strategy.
