EVGA Geforce RTX 2070 Super xc ultra - Precision X1 Fan problem

I recently bought the EVGA 2070 super xc ultra, I installed the precision X1 for this to control the card. However, I cannot control the fans with the software. see screenshot for info
 
I installed the latest drivers (431.60) & the latest version of Precision X1 (0.4.8.0)
 
FAN 1 & FAN 2 both show 0 RPM & 0%, When i try to use the fan speed control nothing happens.
I hope someone help me with this problem.

    Click the lock button to the right edge on fan control and then try to slide them to percentage of your choice. Then click apply If that doesnt work trying clicking on Auto it will grey out..

    Do the fans spin up when you're gaming? Have you inspected the card to make sure all the fan cables are fully seated to their headers on the gpu?

    I got it working, somehow it didn't accepted the apply button.
     
    I reinstalled the software and now its working :)
