Also, do you have the radiator mounted vertically with the tubes at the top? (dumping heated liquid into the radiator, but unable to draw the cooled liquid out from the radiator)

Hello everybody!
Today my new FTW3 RTX 3090 Hybird Ultra Gaming was delivered.
Unfortunately I have a issue: The pump runs very loudly at 100% all the time.
At this point why I can not change the speed of the pump with the EVGA tool?
Why I can not create own profiles between pump-speed and fan-speed?

My guess is they don't want people messing around with the pump because the pump should be running at 100%

... by my opinion, the pump noise is pathetic.
It is the same noise level like my FTW3 air cooling with 75% fan-speed.

Yeah, I'm not to keen on the pump noise either. Mines a low level buzzing that is noticeable when the PC is idle.

I wish there was a suitable tool like into the NZXT Kraken ... manual changing of pump-speed and fan-speed.

I don't have a link to the cable handy, but from previous research on the topic you can get control of the pump speed by getting a mini-4-pin to full size cable adapter and running the pump's cable out of the shroud into a voltage controlled header on your motherboard or similar hub. You can then control the pump with the appropriate software for whatever is now powering it.

I got my 3080 hybrid today. Unfortunately, as I was mounting the radiator on my case I had to take off the fans and put them back on the radiator due to case constraints. During the process, I crushed one of the power cables to a fan which ate a big hole into the cable. I'd like to have matching fans, does anyone know what model/how I order a new fan to replace the one I broke?

No email today, it seems. Only one person on the spreadsheet received an email yesterday, so I might guess that was the last card of that batch. Perhaps a new batch on Monday? :D
In unrelated news, I actually managed to order a Zen3 CPU earlier from Walmart of all places. We'll see if it actually gets fulfilled with an estimated arrival date of Jan 7th. Since these are the last parts I need for my new build, this leaves plenty of time to order the GPU at least. :)

My 3080 FTW3 Hybrid just arrived. Normal 2-day shipping but it looked like UPS was out doing special Saturday delivery with a double team of driver+runner. Looks good. Need to hit up the local microcenter for a new case.

Does anyone know what the colors on the spreadsheet represent? I looked to see if I could find what they mean, but didn't see anything. I assume green means ordered but don't know what yellow means

Can I get my money back for being highly disappointed in this product? My gaming temps are actually higher while my idle temps still don't go as low as what my old 2080ti did with 40% fans. My scores went down after installing this and then updating to OC bios and now it refuses to let me go back to the old bios.
Try repasting it with Thermal Grizzly. Someone with the FTW3 ultra hybrid fixed the high temp issue by redoing the thermal paste. These heat sinks can be seated very poorly from the factory.

Received my FTW3 RTX 3080 yesterday and I'm impressed. I swore a long time ago I'd never use AIOs again as I've had bad experiences with pump noise even with correct radiator orientation. That said, I can hear it a tiny tiny bit, but I'm starting to get used to it and hope I won't have to step up to something with an air cooler, which is what I was originally going to do.
Card idles around 23-24C and while gaming I haven't seen it go over 53C. I simply cannot believe a GPU can run this cool... Really looking forward to getting a new case which has not yet been released, seeing as the rad is sitting on top of my FT05 atm.

Didn’t run stock bios for more than like 10 minutes lol
I guess what I meant to ask is, is there a special XOC Bios specifically for the Hybrid Kit or will the XOC Bios for the FTW work?

The BIOS is for the Hybrid is saying "No display adapters were found that are compatible with this update. Press any key to exit..." Not sure what I'm doing wrong as the non hybrid XOC worked perfect.

My 3080 FTW3 seems to be rock solid so far, at least in the first few hours: - NO PUMP NOISE, at least nothing you can hear above 1000 RPM fans, it's pretty quiet. This is great since my 2080 Ti Hybrid needed the pump cable mod and 7.5V to be quiet at idle. I might still do the cable mod but it's fine for now. - Ran RDR2 in 4K solid 60FPS, middle of settings slider. My 2080 Ti could do the same, but hey. About 45-50C and had no problem holding 2130 mhz or 2145mhz on the stock 400w bios. Crashed after about 30 seconds of 2190mhz. - Passed one run of Timespy, 19500 gpu score, +165 +1000 105% stock bios. It's only about 15% stronger in TS than my 2080 Ti, but should be a bigger gain in 4K and ray tracing. - 22C idle in 20C ambient. Though that's at 210mhz and the rad in free air.

you probably don't want the HYBRID BIOS - it's terrible. you can't control the fans and it runs at 44% all the time... stick with the original Air Cooling BIOS.

They should, given that it's just standard G1/4" fittings like any other block. The thing that'll dictate what fittings to use depends on your tubing. Use the same fittings that you use elsewhere in your loop.

I don't think they sell the fans. You can contact EVGA and see if they can send you a replacement. If I were you though, I would just replace both with something like Noctuas.

I think it is worth a call to EVGA customer support (1.888.881.EVGA (3842)). I would think they would be able to help you out...best of luck!
