I'm guessing no but I've gotta cancel my local 3080 pre-order to free up the funds for the KPE. Have a feeling I'll be missing out on this! Store doesn't open until 7am PT.

I think it's just sign up, same as the 3090 HC/Hybrid was. Limited batch for Elite Members only is my guess, then open slather mid December.
