I have a EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra Gaming card. I have 3 screens, 2 4K running at 1440p and one 1080p. One of my screens would go black for a couple of seconds, then come back. Then after a few days it went black and never came back on. I switched the monitor to a different display port and worked fine. I tried another monitor and a different dpi cable on the bad display port and still just get a black screen. Now, a second display port on the card is starting to do the same thing. I've had the card for a year and a half with no issues until now. Anything i can do or is the video card done?

I have the same card.  Have a 2 monitor system running at 2560x1440.   Identical Alienware monitors.   This week started having a similar issue as you described - black screen.    I was able to solve it by just disconnecting/reconnecting to same DP or turning monitor off/on.   It's happened a few times now.  My card is probably the same age as yours....I came here looking for answers...

I have tried different ports, different cables, different monitors, but that one port is black screen, now another one is starting to do the same.

How to Choose a DisplayPort Cable, and Not Get a Bad One! - DisplayPort

Certified does not = expensive cable

Remove any OC on your Rig.

CK monitor Mfg for firmware updates

Set Nvidia Control Panel to default settings

If you test All DP on the GPU, with Only 1 monitor connected ..... are the ports still dead?  If Yes, RMA the card

I also agree with earlier post, testing an older driver .... use the Clean install
