Can someone at evga tell me how I'm suppose to upgrade to the elite edition when the link in the elite member upgrade email is broken every time I click on the link I get error reaching the evga website there Appears to be an internet connection problem. If you sign out and click link it takes you to the link but as soon as you sign in you get the error. It needs to be fixed as the elite offer only runs until the 1st may then ive lost the chance then?

It's ok now I done it signed in first then pressed back button and it stayed on elite member site and I was able to upgrade both cards to blue elite ftw3 cards longer wait but it's worth it.
I would suspect a high volume of traffic to be the cause of it. Glad to see it all worked out.

Yup, received tracking last Friday 4/28. Per UPS tracking should arrive 5/3. *edit* did not receive a confirmation call but have ordered things from EVGA before.

Does anyone have any idea when the GTX 1080 TI FTW3 will be available? I have had mine on order from Amazon for like 3 weeks and no information on when EVGA will have them ready. I have a brand new pc build with Ryzen sitting here collecting dust because I don't have a GPU yet...

Does anyone have any idea when the GTX 1080 TI FTW3 will be available? I have had mine on order from Amazon for like 3 weeks and no information on when EVGA will have them ready. I have a brand new pc build with Ryzen sitting here collecting dust because I don't have a GPU yet...
Same here bud, ordered around a week ago. Had no conformation from Amazon UK, no estimated shipping date, nothing. It's the 1080 fiasco all over again. EVGA's EU/UK PR has been really poor. They can't even give an estimate as to when they'll receive stock. If Amazon don't give me an update by this friday I'm cancelling my pre-order and ordering from Scan UK as they in theory will have stock on the 12th May.

I've seen several US online retailers saying they expect stock around the 17th. As far as I am aware the last pre order delivery date from EVGA was the 17th. They said they were going to fill pre orders before sending them to retail outlets, so the 17th sounds about right.

The same as above. Preorders finish shipping mid next week and then retailers get their shipments. But some retailers did preorders as well, so no idea when general availability will be.

Yeah I hear ya. I have been a long time EVGA customer this is probably like my 10th gen card from them. I am a huge fan of the GPU's. I still have a GTX 980 TI in my old PC, I really want to run my new Ryzen build through the ringer need a GPU to do that though...
Yeah their customer service is really good (especially for RMA) but their engineers are extremely slow. They're a month and a few weeks late to the party this time round and I think that lost them a handful of customers. Lets just hope they can get these cards out as soon as possible.

I have always had good luck with EVGA GPU and Asus MB's. I had communication issues when I purchase my EVGA GTX980TI as well. I am getting tempted to cancel my Amazon order for a EVGA GTX1080 TI FTW3 card and get an Asus GTX 1080 TI OC Strix card. I hope some information gets passed along to consumers very soon.

I contacted Amazon (US) and EVGA about this yesterday and pretty much got dead air from both of them. It getting pretty frustrating having a brand new dam near 3k Ryzen system built that I can't use because I don't have my video card yet.

I am having a problem with precision x and sli 1080 ti ftw3's. One card installed and I see what I would expect in the XOC software for fan speed control x3 and the individual temp sensors. When the second card is added the first card shows one fan bar. Also, there is no temp sensor layout button. Additionally the second gpu shows three fan auto controls but no bars. Any ideas? Did i get a bad gpu?
