Hello.. EVGATech_LeeM. I wonder if there is any difference in power supply(or board quality etc..) between the 3080ti ftw3 and 3080ti ftw3 hybrid. I mean hybird products(finished product), not hybrid kit. thank you

Sorry for asking this here but I can seem to find the answer. Which email do I send an email to replace my 3090 with correct PCB version? Thanks to anyone that responds. Reason I post here is that even the bios flash didn’t help with power balance issue.
3090OC@evga.com is the email if your power usage is low.

Same PCB and card design. Only difference is that the HYBRID cooler is preinstalled and already comes flashed with a HYBRID BIOS.

Many thanks for this. I sent them an email. I have the power balancing issue but I purchased the card from a forum member in the US and actually I live in the UAE. Not sure how much of a hassle this is going to be for me to get a replacement.

Yeah that's what i did but are there performance benefits from upgrading? Everything seems to works just fine or am i missing out on something?

So basically the 3080 ftw Hybrid cards have the xoc bios from factory that I'm trying to achieve by flashing my regular 3080 FTW3 ultra with the XOC bios for higher power draw? I have ordered the hybrid kit already.

Hitting the "The display adapter firmware is up to date." issue -- the card stays as an ftw3 ultra after trying to flash the hybrid bios..

I flashed my 3080 FTW3 Ultra to the XOC Hybrid after installing the hybrid kit. I have motherboard bios fast boot disabled. Even tried running DDU. I just get the firmware "up to date" message and nothing happens as others have reported. I have an AMD Ryzen 9 5900x and a Asus Crosshair VIII Hero if that's helpful. I was able to try flashing the 4897 XOC bios and saw the actual progress bar and successful flash, but nothing happens with the XOC Hybrid file. What's the difference between the 4897 XOC bios and the 4898 XOC Hybrid bios? here is the "i" info after trying to flash the XOC Hybrid file in the attached file. After flashing the bios with 4897 XOC bios everything is the same except version is 94.02.71.40.A9

As i know own a 3080 xc3 and put hybrid kit on it, is the hybrid bios flash worth it? Can i still up the powerlimit to 108%? (Like i can now with the old bios)

Will there be a new Bios for the King Pin Hybrid? Without activating the Dipswitches the Card is not able to pull the full 480 Watts with Oc Bios or 520 Watts in LN2 Bios, In most games I see around 400 - 440 Watts

after updating the BIOS, in a game like warzone, the fps dropped 50-100. tell me, mb I did not install the correct BIOS? I have a 24G-P5-3987-KR 3090 card with ekwb waterblock, and on-board OS mode. for some reason, instead of x16 3.0, it works in x4 3.0 mode ... did anyone have such a problem?

I was hoping for help from anybody, with two BIOS questions regarding my EVGA 3080 TI FTW3 Ultra. 1st) I’m currently on Graphics VBIOS: 94.02.71.00.B0 (was installed when I got the card and launched PX1 the first time) currently it says there is a VBIOS update. Card is switched to OC Mode. My question is, can anybody expand on the fixes, improvements, or what the new bios update is supposed to address? 2nd) I’ve read that in OC Mode this card should be able to reach 450w. Understandably some games don’t tax the card that hard and I read that if you want to confirm the card to hit that, to try something like Furmark which I did. Is it within spec to only hit 441.4w , and only see my Pwr Consumption to be 110.3% even though I slid my Power Target all the way to 113%? I can’t upload a screenshot with the upload files to server button option, it just keeps spinning and spinning after I select a photo unfortunately. Thanks @EVGATech_LeeM for all your hard work answering everyone’s questions and helping us out! And Thanks in advance to anyone who can advise.!
