Hi, since last week, my gpu just keep crashing. At first, it began on CoD ww2 zombie, the game would freeze and give me this message, it happened like 3 times so i tried fixing it with this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FWAVe1km_g

I stopped having this error but later, other games like crash bandicoot nsane trilogy would simply freeze after 5min and samething for CoD ww2 zombie, and by freeze i mean, unable to return to windows, not even able to reach the task manager window by hitting ctrl-alt-delete, only the sound still worked(yeah its strange i know) The only thing i could do is rebooting the computer.

Further more, artifact has begun to appear in the character menu in the lobby, it was full of blinking light poping everywhere in the screen, sometime they were blue or red of green of simply white but they didnt showed up once i was in-gamer shooting zombie, those same artifact has appeared also in For Honor, but back then i thought that it was just a bug from the game itself, until it happened in said games mentioned above.

 My specs:
Windows 10 version 1803
cpu : i7-7700k
gpu : EVGA GTX 1080TI KINGPIN
mobo : EVGA Z270 FTWK
monitor : Asus ROG SWIFT PG27UQ

Try clearing out the drivers with DDU (http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html) and then re-install the latest drivers.

If the card is overclocked, return to factory settings and if you continue having issues, then downclock the card (although not a solution but just a way to check if the issue is hardware related)

My 1080 TI are doing the same. Under 84C load for hours+ since other people use the pc has caused my gpu core to be unstable unless providing it more voltage of nvidia’s limit of 1.093V

Set to debug mode under the nvidia control panel.. at the top menu.. think it's under help.

You'll need to do this on each boot up.

Anyways.. it will run the card at lower clocks. If it runs fine with debug mode enabled and not stable at normal clocks then it's a sign of an unstable card in normal operation..and should be rma'ed... also if this still dont temp fix it then it's real bad card or something else.

I wonder if EVGAever got any replacement K|ngp|n cards in. I know a few people had issues getting replacements because the KPE was a very limited run of cards.

I did the debug thing and when the game froze again the screen turned into this

Yeah this is scaring me a lot because my vacations are in 2 week and this gpu is unfindable in the market and im sure that they stopped producing it so i really wonder what they are gonna do.

Do the debug thing before you game. Do the debug thing before you do anything else, not after. After is too late. Do it Before.
