Hi all, I bought my 1080 FTW Edition from EVGA in 2018 during a mid week sale. I used it ever since but in July when I turned on my computer smoke came out of the graphics card and a burning smell was accompanied. I googled and found there was a recall in 2016 for these specific FTW Editions. I am wondering if there is any way to save this card. Can repairs be made?

    A recall that never was.
If a model was recalled, do you think EVGA would sell a card to you 2 years later that wasn't "fixed"?

If it burnt up, ask a repair shop to fix it, or just buy a replacement.  The more cost-effective option is likely buying a replacement of your choice.
