Now the card is about 10 C more, almost 80 C earlier, such a problem was not the temperature in stress was max. 68 C.
my mistake that I did not backup the old bios and I do not have the urge to return to the previous version, please help me where i can find other new good bios. ps. I apologize for the mistake and greetings.

First thing to try is a complete removal and reinstall of the video card drivers. If the temps still remain high contact EVGA technical support from 6AM PT to 10PM PT, 7 days a week if you reside in the USA.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA
