Just noticed EVGA Flow Control v.2.1.0 is now available on EVGAs Service/Download pages:

https://cdn.evga.com/utilities/EVGA_Flow_Control_Setup_v2.1.0.zip

I've just downloaded it but haven't installed yet.

Update:

Installed it and it wouldn't load.  Rebooted PC and it came up just fine.  Haven't noticed anything significantly different - still has the annoying "Safely Remove Hardware" tray icon for the CLC.  The LED Sync app still comes up as v.1.1.0.2 on my system (and doesn't detect my EVGA 3070Ti) even though the latest version is supposed to be v.1.1.1.

Why do they bother to release new versions that fix nothing?

My CPU reading is blank now.

if my memory is not failing me. To fix this:
    1. I opened Device Manager in Control Panel, found an "Asetek USB Device". When uninstalling it I checked "Delete the driver software for this device".
    2. I uninstalled EVGA Flow Control.
    3. I installed EVGA Flow Control version 2.0.11.0
