What part do you not understand about it? I received EVGA Bucks from people using my Associate Code when making purchases. I was then able to make purchases for myself and used my accumulated EVGA Bucks to pay for them, or part of them.
 
The catch is that if you are a member, you can't use someone else's code to get a discount.. so basically you have to decide whether you would benefit more from not being a member but getting a discount off all your purchases from EVGA.com, or if you would benefit more from being a member and other people using your code to generate EVGA bucks for you, which you can then put towards your purchases from EVGA.com.
 
Note: EVGA Bucks can not be used to pay for shipping, sales tax, or extended warranty should you choose to purchase it.

Yup. If you think you can get a reasonable number of people to use your code, then it's worth it. If you buy stuff from EVGA regularly and don't think many people will use your code, then you'd probably benefit more from not being a member and instead just use someone else's code to get 3-10% off your purchases.

The and the are two completely different and separate programs. One has nothing to do with the other.

If you go to the sign up for associates program, the EVGA website states you *must* be an elite member to sign up for associates program.

Wow ok that's news to me. Separate programs as far as operation goes, but apparently you need to be an Elite member to join the Associate program, thanks for the heads up. Wonder how long that requirement has been in place.

Everything is fine but only if have stock available, in Europe version not have stock :(

I canceled my Associates membership, and it confirmed it canceled.  However, my Associates number still shows on my Elite home screen.

I cancelled my Associates membership a few days ago. Can I re-sign up for an Associates membership?

Associates program is awesome I'v gotten a couple pc parts already.

im pretty sure evga cancelled the program, i could be wrong though

EVGA did not cancel the associates program.

Did you receive an email from EVGA confirming your membership has been cancelled? 
Did you go to the membership tab and to the option to cancel and did you confirm your choice?
Did you for some reason cancel your Elite membership?  That would cancel your associate membership.
 
Basically, if you did not receive an email from EVGA confirming your cancellation, then you should be fine.  You can always email/call them and ask https://www.evga.com/about/contactus/.
 
You should note, if a member cancels their associate membership, it is permanent and the member can never rejoin.
