Oddly hearing this from folks make me feel better about not getting a slot.  Those cards will go to someone in need :)

I'm sorry to hear that -- that's frustrating that even if we are on top of things when going into the F5 wars, there is still a substantial amount of luck (and possibly hardware issues) that will get in our way.

I think a couple 3090 Kingpins went out but that's it . I'm stalking my notifies and inbox like a hawk. I got a decent slot for the 3080ti XC3 HC and according to E35G I'm number 38 in the queue so not bad at all.

Why do you have no choice but EVGA? ASUS, Gigabyte, all have water-cooled options.

A lot of companies don't actually care that much. And it's not really difficult to keep the warranty void stickers intact anyway. But there's tons of options with waterblocks pre-installed. Gigabyte actually just dropped a whole line of water-cooled 3080 Ti

Same. Although the lack of e-mailed yesterday I think can be taken as either A. they're prepping up for shipping tons of cards today and weeding out bots and such or B. they don't have any cards to actually ship. I'm staying positive that it's not the latter.

Very nice! Ive got a 9:12 slot for the XC3 HC. Pretty excited about it.

We should see drops from all three of the new queues from yesterday (and hopefully from a bunch more queues). So, if you are Elite and feel like you won yesterday’s F5 battle, turn on the new email notifications feature on your phone and hope that a notification tone symphony serenades your ears. 
 
I did not win any battles yesterday – F5 or otherwise – so I will be patiently waiting, watching and cheering (somebody has to watch the parade, right?)….

Jacob tweeted yesterday that cards didn't go out because of site issues but they would be shipping some on Wednesday.

Couldn't you take off the water block and replace it with the standalone hybrid kit? that was my idea for a last ditch effort. 

It would be like buying a performance car and running it with motorcycle tires.

Just go ahead and build a gpu only custom loop. Hybrid kit will be 1/3 the cost of overall loop anyway.
