Hey all, I'm at my wits end here. About a month ago my 2070S would crash randomly, and trying to do anything on my PC was like using it at 5 fps, requiring a restart.
 
I swapped in my old 980TI, and could not recreate the problem figuring it was my GPU I started and RMA. I got my card back two weeks ago, and all seemed fine.
 
Until this last week, when I started getting the crashes and laggy pc requiring a restart again. I've done everything humanly possible, memtest86, swapping out ram with different ram, bought a new PSU to see if my current one was a problem. DDU wipe and driver reinstall, debug mode for the gpu if there is something that can be done to try and fix it, I have done it.
 
Is there something I'm missing? Or did I somehow manage to get a card with the same exact issue as my last one? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
