I just got my evga tegra note tablet today.  Thanks guys and thanks Brandon for the help.
 
This thing is pretty fast.  I turned up all the settings on the N64 emulator and got the sound synced and fixed.  It runs pretty smooth and quick.  I haven't tried much on it yet.  One weird thing is I had to put it in developer mode and turn on some usb setting so I could copy files from my PC to it (wouldn't show up in windows explorer without doing that).  There's a new update for it too that I haven't applied which maybe has that feature sorted out.
 
Over all the build quality of this device is pretty nice and I like the front facing speakers.  I just want to find some more interesting stuff to play on it and luckily there is an nvidia shop of some sort on it to take a look at.

Newegg has a promo on it right now and I think last week they had a promo on refurbished.
 
I like this because I was thinking about getting a faster tablet.  My samsung galaxy 3 crawls and is entirely useless for games.  I should see how well this thing handles my large pdf books.

well UPS finally showed up while I was eating dinner.. so it's Xmas in August round here! .. I don't have very good lighting in here for pics but I took a couple anyway, and i'll replace them tomorrow with some that are better lit. wasn't sure I was going to care for the case, but I gotta say, it's kinda impressive..
