Does anyone know, where I can find a direct replacement for these standoff hex screws? I cannot find a suitable replacement anywhere online. HELP!

Those are hex nuts and you should be able to get some from a local hardware store. I would bet they are metric and the guy at the store should be able to match them. Bet it would be much cheaper too. Every city and town has a hardware store. Do you need just the nuts or the screws too? Should be able to get both there if needed. Just take the card with you when you go. Or register the card if it is not already and call EVGA cust. support. They may mail you a few if they have some laying around. They are pretty good like that. - US Office

They aren't your typical nuts. They are more of a bolt with a threaded hole in them. Essentially they are constructed like a standoff. I don't know where you can find them. I doubt your local hardware store will have them. But who knows; maybe you have a wacky hardware store.

Hi! Thanks for the reply, much appreciated. However, as already mentioned, that isnt a nut. It is a standoff with a hex head and a threaded hole on top for the backplate fasteners to screw into. I know, weird right... Also, I did call EVGA support, and as nice as they are, they had none laying around for purchase or otherwise. I appreciate all the feedback thus far. and the hunt........continues.

I had a few 1080ti and 980ti I had put Hybrid coolers/water blocks on. Went through boxes of parts and looking at old GPUs, I can't find anything like that. Wanted to help you out, sorry, nothing like that at all on any of them. I did find a few parts I bought and forgot about that I will put to use soon. A cooler w/fan off an old GPU going to use as an active cooler for the backplate on my 3080Ti Thing gets quite hot on the back. Should help with a couple of pads. Good luck hope you find what you're looking for.
