Does EVGA still make the small profile USB 3.0 connector?

I have the EVGA X99 FTW K motherboard and it doesn't fit into neither one of my full ATX cases if I want to use the two internal front panel USB 3.0 connectors.
 
It would fit if I can get my hands on a couple of these:

 
Does EVGA still make and sell them?
