I have the 1803 version... And my windows is updated...  why that? i can use the beta?

I have the 1803 version... And my windows is updated...  why that? i can use the beta?


if you have the DG7 series case then you are able to install the beta to be used with windows 1809.
if you have the DG8, restore to windows version 1803 as a solution has not been resolved as of this time.

Bought the case and installed it today and I do not know how to do for the evga logos and for the controller to work.

if you are using the DG7 case then you should have installed the latest non beta version of DG Tuner for the case to work properly with Windows 10 Version 1803.
if you are having a problem getting the software to work and you have the correct versions of the software, I am only familiar with the DG8 series case but it sounds like you haven't possibly connected the power lead to the case's hardware to the power supply yet.

I connected the SATA power cable in the connector ... including I also tested to remove the cable from the HDD to see if it could be power but it was not. All my USBs are working, including the top panel .... I have already installed all the versions and it is not working ...
Does my RGB controller have a problem?

I'm running Windows 10 v1809 as well, and DG Tuner Version 1.0.5.1 BETA is still giving me the USB HID Device not detected error for my DG-7.

Sent my DG77 back to Amazon. Way too many compromises and buggy software. Hopefully they can at least get the software side addressed eventually....

hey i am korean dg 77 user dg tuner program 
yester day i download dg tuner 1.0.5 that day working good 
but today I am install dg tunner it cant start 
HID usb ~~~~

You are replying to a thread that is about six months old. At that point in time 1903 didn't exist and Windows broke the DG-Tuner software. Luckily that has been fixed.

I updated to the 1903 windows build and poof. But I did get it working again. Unplugged and plugged back into motherboard then reinstalled the tuner software. Weird huh?

I know that I still get the error for the software when I return from sleep mode, however its still functioning after I click it off. With the issue occurring after the windows 1809 release the fix we have from EGVA is a band aid at best and we are just waiting for another windows update in the future to prove the point. Cant write a program that just fits the OS as it's written at the moment, Microsoft does have parameters that you have to stay within to allow a program to work continuously within their platform. Perfect example is office 2003... still runs on windows 10 as it did on windows XP!
Stay away from shortcuts in coding and issues are kept to a minimum.

Wow this has been going on for a very long time. I just purchased a DG-86 case running Win 10 and the same error. WTH is going on?

Same problem, DG-7 Case cannot change RGB colors after the latest windows update.

Can't even open DG Tuner. 

Tried to uninstall and reinstall and it's not able to install.
