I registered on 5/06/15, the day I received my GPU. I submitted the info required, waited a day, still did not show, submitted a ticket. No response. I will try to call today.
 
Product should that it is registered in my profile, but the promo page shows no qualifying product.

I bought my one about 6 days ago from amazon.co.uk and I still didn't get a code. Im furious. 

I'm in USA and they stopped giving out Witcher 3 as of the 1st of June. We only get Batman for this month. 980 Ti purchases should get both regardless of purchase date since it was released after Witcher 3 was available as a free game with Batman but that's just me.
 
The site said the code has been linked to my Steam account successfully but I see no proof that I got Batman in my account.

Is there a cretin amount of time after registering my card that I can redeem a code. Registered and posted the invoice from EVGA, which I thought was a bit weird, and still nothing, just "YOU HAVE NO QUALIFIED REGISTERED PRODUCTS"
 
I bought a 980 Ti (06G-P4-4995-KR) on the 15th from the EVGA Store.

Any idea on when the next bundle will be available?  Really don't want to get Batman when I go purchase an EVGA 980ti SC.   Not just because of all the issues with the game.. but because I already own the game(Birthday gift from a friend)

I purchased a GTX 970 FTW+ ACX 2.0 from Newegg on the 4th of July and was sent an e-mail with a redemption code. I followed all the directions posted the code and voila... I was never sent to a place to download the game. It just sent me back to the opening screen where you put in the code. I tried it again, and it said the code had already been used. Well yeah, I had just put it through. I tried to enter at another place and it said that this promotion was over. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

It sucks that I picked up a 970 at Best buy on 7/22 (but the 1st one was DOA I replaced it the next day) but the SKU's they offer are not part of this promo :( I should have got it when The Witcher was bundled back a few months ago.

If I buy a card now through the EVGA store but from B-Stock, do I qualify? 

well this kinda sucks , i don't qualify cuz my card is a step up that im getting sometime this week :/ second bundle i missed out on

If you purchased your card from the EVGA store, then register your card, go to the site , and redeem your code. If you purchased it from another retailer, then you'll need to contact their customer support for your code.

and what can i do if they told me they know nothing about the free code with the graphic card ? ):

I got 2 codes for metal gear solid but where am i meant to activate them? I tried on steam and both codes said invalid.
