Has anyone experienced the error below while trying to purchase something from the website?  I have called support 3 days in a row now and they have no idea.  I tried 2 different cards.
 
Credit card transaction failure. Please try again later on. (Error 203) : Other: credit card transaction failure
or
Error 481
 
I am trying to purchase an extended warranty so I am still eligible for the Step-Up program.

203 error means that the bank declined the transaction for no specific reason. 
 
Generally something in your address or data from your card did not match the records from the financial institution. 
 
It could also mean that the financial institution did not respond to the payment processor's query to validate the card information. 

Thanks for the suggestions.  Unfortunately, None of them worked and EVGA's site doesn't have a Paypal option, or I would have used that first.
I have spent since Sunday 6/24 working on this with sales/support.  I have called my bank and verified my address on my account and on my EVGA account.
 
6/24 Called EVGA - They said my Zip code was wrong.  Checked my zip code and called back.  EVGA says call tomorrow when office is open.
6/25 Called EVGA - Said Zip code was wrong again, so I called bank and confirmed address.  Called EVGA back, they say try again tomorrow.
6/26 Called EVGA - Same procedure, EVGA accounting is looking in to the issue.
6/27 Called EVGA - Same procedure, EVGA says try calling payment processor, Cybersource, who refused to answer my questions because I wasn't the merchant.  EVGA said they would have IT check on it and to call back Friday 6/28.
 
Will update tomorrow.

I looked through my bank statements and even though my credit card had the correct zip code, my debit card had the wrong zip code.
The accounts are both through the same bank and share the same login online, but apparently had separate addresses.  I never had a problem purchasing online with it before.

Glad to hear you got it resolved. I'm sorry that it took this long. We have a processor who has a strict fraud detection system. Error Code 203 is with our AVS or Address Verification System so if one things off you're most likely to receive those errors! Once again, glad to hear that you've made your order! Enjoy it!

Unfortunately as Jeff stated, The error is not on our list and is a general broad error to cover different types of failures for the transaction.

I can confirm that your transactions from yesterday and today for both the EAR and EXT Warranty was completed at this time. Please email support if you have any other questions or concerns in order to support you further.

We received updated information over the last week regarding this error message; The 481 error is unfortunately one that you will not be able to workaround, our payment processor has determined that they are unable to process payments from your account.

They called me. guess your credit processor tripped there security I told them to ok it.
 
[Have you tried to contact your bank to make sure they are not blocking your transaction with fraud protection? ]

I had this also happen.  Call your credit card company.  It's a fraud prevention thing.  You confirm that it's legit and they'll approve the transaction.

Hello, I am also having problem with Credit Card (Error 203) payment for Cross-Ship RMA and I am also from Canada. My banks have also confirmed that they have allowed the transaction. Any suggestion? Thanks.

right my friend was able to successfully complete the transaction via paypal. so i suggest that to be taken as a solution/workaround until EVGA fix this issue with the cybersource. 

Can't secure a cross ship because constant "Please try again later on. (Error 203)".  Verified by VISA says everything is cleared and OK and it is EVGA's fault. EVGA says it's the verification. Tried 2 separate Visa debit cards and 1 Mastercard Credit card, same Error 203. So frustrating! 

So I had to figure this out myself, and was logging back in to update how I got past the 'Error 203' message when I saw your post @EVGATech_JeffP . Yesterday I had a pretty unsatisfactory 'support chat session' where none of this info was given to me, but the blame kept being put on my bank. Even though every character of the payment info I entered matched my banks records, it turns out that it's then using information from my EVGA member profile and comparing that to the banks records. This is a huge flaw. Why have a payment form ask me my name, address, phone number, if you're then just going to go pull that info from my member profile?? The video card belongs to my kid. The EVGA registration info was all in his name and his email. But little kids don't have credit cards do they, so when I entered MY payment info, your system just ignored the correct info I input into the payment screen and instead compared the credit card info to the EVGA member profile. That's just ASININE. So after going into my sons EVGA member profile and changing the name to my name and changing the address to DR instead of DRIVE, lo and behold it finally worked.
 
Again, to be clear, this is an EVGA merchant system created issue. This is on you guys, not the bank. And some final advice. If it is critical that the info on the payment screen match the info on the EVGA member profile and the info at the bank then for God's sake STATE THAT ON THE PAYMENT FORM!
