Got my new system assembled yesterday, and so far everytihng is working great. I decided to mod my case a little to accommodate the radiator on the outside of the case. Basicly the reason for this is that I had to really squeeze this board into this case which I think is a mid-sized tower. It took a little trimming to make room for the sata ports on the bottom right hand side of the board, but I managed. I have also modded my desk (LOL) so my case fits on top of the desk to my right, I cut a board to fit directly behind the case to block the view where all my wires are connected to the back panel, so this is another reason why I liked the idea of the radiator being hidden back there.

The bolt spacers on the fan are blue tire valve covers that I cut the ends off of, I thought they kinda matched my blue led's in my fans, and in this shot you can see where I trimmed the acrylic so the heatsink hoses could pass through from the outside to the inside.

I think it turned out good

At stock settings my cpu temp is holding at 24c idle and around 45-50c under load. I'm going to stay at stock settings for a couple of days to make sure she is 100% stable.

My last setup had a Zalman 9700 heatsink and I left it running 24/7, but I'm kinda leary about running this H50 24/7, I know it's a good heatsink, but with this system so new, I'm nervous about it leaking...I guess I will get past that eventually though.....

Lots of nice stuff!  Good job on the H50 mount.  Gives you much more room inside.

I was gona say the same thing about the floating fans :P

You should think about painting your DVD drives black to make it seem more neutral vs battleship grey.

Also if you could do some wire management that itself would be a great feat since its in an acrylic case

I would also get some fans that weren't clear more like a smoked acrylic like the coolermaster r4 fans, not 100% necessary but they push a lot of air and look nice.

My case is HEAVY, but when I have to move it with all the hardware intact it is very stable (if that is what you meant). If you look at the pics here ( http://www.xoxide.com/clearacatxca.html ) you will see some small brass screws that you tighten down to hold everything together. There are several of them on each side.

BTW: This case is over 5 years old so I think I've got my moneys worth out of it. Thinking of buying another just to have on stand-by.
