PC: Monitor:AORUS FI27Q
Cpu: 10850K with Nzxt Kraken X73 ( 60c in game )
Gpu: Rtx 3090 Gaming Oc ( 60C in game )
Ram: 32gb 2x16 GB DDR4 GSKILL 3200MHZ XMP
Psu: Seasonic Ultra Prime Titanium 850W TX
mb: Aorus 490 Pro Gaming
SSD: Crucial 1TB Nvm SSD

So after playing Battlefield 5 i run Control , 1440P Rt High. When level loaded i turned camera by mouse and game freezed for 3 second with gpu load 0%. After 3 seconds unfreezed and i was able to play.
Is my pc unstable or it was game issue? Gpu is not oced. I ask because it never happened something like this in this game. I was played many time.

I understand why you'd be concerned, but I don't think you have enough information to know what happened for sure yet since you say it "unfroze" after the approximate 3 sec pause--Not sure the GPU 0% load means it's related to GPU or Driver as root cause since so far you're saying it's a 1-time event only in one game.  Could be game issue as you suggested ( maybe not if you're unable to duplicate at will ), or possibly system too.  If you can roughly pinpoint timing of that event, think about what else might have been going on ( Maybe an "auto" update of some kind(?) or some other very heavy load at that point by a higher priority process(?) or ??? ) and I'd suggest you take a look in Win event log if you already haven't to see if you can spot anything--maybe that will help reveal more about what happened.  Also, I'm not sure if this applies to your system or not(?) but a lot of people having minor issues related somehow to recent Resizable BAR enabling, and I think we'll see a lot of patches and updates that will gradually be deployed to solve issues.  Hope it was indeed one time event and you can spot related cause and it doesn't give you any more trouble!

Yeah i checked event logs, and nothing ,no crash ,no driver crash, nothing. SO it was game issue or hardware?

Only happens 1 time in 1 game, and if you can't reproduce it I say sounds like game issue or perhaps combo with Win DX11/12 and/or AV-RT Prot.  I say if it doesn't happen again, don't worry.  If it does, see if you can home in on what makes it reproducible and that will tell you which way to go.  If not, I'd try try shutting off AV-RT Prot, try shutting off DLSS, and then move on to all the stuff listed under mitigate stuttering here: https://www.resetera.com/threads/control-pc-performance-thread.137471/  GL!

If it's only happened once, I wouldn't worry about it.  It could be anything like windows updates running in the background or some random error caused by any bit of software.  Unless it's something that you can reproduce, it's basically impossible to even troubleshoot.  I see no reason to be concerned about your graphics card (or anything else, really) at this point.
