Coil whine on 1070 Ti ultra silent plus a small grinding/weird kind of noise

Hey guys, i have a gtx 1070ti ultra silent and its been making some weird noises. I bought the card on April 25, 2018, but didn't build my pc until July 17th. The whole time using the card ive been hearing a strange sound whenever the card gets more usage then on idle. i didn't know it was an issue until last week when i was looking at reviews of the card and came across another thread about the problem. In the post he includes a video and a description of the issue and its exactly like mine. What do i do now that i know its an issue?
