I've tried to place order but keep getting the message below. Spoke to CC company and no issues on their end. Is the issue on EVGA end? I guess they don't want my money, haha! Authentication Failed. Your card issuer cannot authenticate this card. Please try again or try a different payment method.

My first suggestion to you would be to re-enter all of your street address data on your EVGA account. Make sure it exactly matches the address information your credit card company/bank has for you.

I tried to log in on another tab and got a message that the Server was at high capacity. Could this be the issue? Thanks for the feedback.

PayPal checkout FTW. I, along with numerous others, had issues checking out last year due to phone number format being incorrect. It seems EVGA is still having issues in some form or another. As I recently had no issues buying a Z690 Classified motherboard using PayPal, I recommend using that going forward.

Must be in the store for your part of the World ..... "EVGA.com store" = North America - exclusively I think there has been an issue with "Master Card payments" - reported by others ? ...so if you have a VISA try that cc PayPal works Gift cards or foreign CC do not work EVGA - e-Store Policies (excerpt) EVGA does not accept the use of International credit cards, with the exception of banks within our shipping areas of Canada. EVGA recommends avoiding the use of prepaid credit cards and gift cards when placing an order at EVGA.com. It is possible that your order may be cancelled and refunded if it is not able to be verified by our order verification team. If your shipping address does not match your credit card or other billing address EVGA reserves the right to verify the order and EVGA’s standard shipping and order process times may not apply. If you have any problems or questions related to your transaction, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-881-EVGA (3842) option 3.

Thanks everyone. I've been having issues even getting on the EVGA site today. I'll remove cookies and cache and make sure there are no issues with my account.

We are having some updates done to the server. However, I looked up the errors you received and your card cannot be authenticated due to it not being enrolled in 3D Secure Transactions. This is a 2 Step authentication. You need to check with the bank to see if this is enabled on the card. It should send you a code to your phone to verify the purchase - you are not getting the pop up for this. Could also be using an adblocker.

Thanks all for the feedback. I used a different Master card and I was finally able to make the purchase. Daniel, I did get a text message with a secure code. That is a great tool and I appreciate any company that has this in place to help make it a little bit harder for those shiisters out there from stealing from us. I've waited a good while to finally get the card I initially wanted; 3080Ti Hydrocopper. I really wanted that 3090Ti Hydro, but the 3080 will do me fine. I can now get back to building my machine. Again. thanks everyone...finally.

That is very odd. We do use a specific revision so it's possible it's an older revision not supported by our processor. Regardless, glad to hear you got the order place and enjoy the new hardware!
