CLC Flow Control, screen position on open

Each time i open flow control it opens to the center of my main screen, and i have to move it to second screen, why does it always open to this position, why can't it open to where i left it like Precision XOC does, on my second screen, out of the way. Is there a way for me to correct/change this opening position?
