I bought a new graphics card from ebay, RGB lighting has stopped working in the graphics card so I registered the card on official EVGA website to RMA
Today I received an email frome EVGA

Your RMA request has been declined due to the product having been purchased second hand from an individual. EVGA only offers warranty for the original owner of the product purchased directly from retail.

I have added the ebay invoice
please can someone help me to solve it?

If you are trying to submit an advanced RMA, you will not be able to. Make sure you are submitting a standard RMA.

I know advanced RMA’s sometimes show as Standard Advanced, so make sure it doesn’t have advanced in the name.

I have already done advanced RMA
I was just waiting to approve my invoice from ebay and than received an email from EVGA that my application was rejected because I am the second owner of card but I bought a new card from ebay
What should I do in such a situation?

What store did you buy it from on eBay? As you purchased from eBay, it is typically never considered new, even if it is listed as new.

You would have to buy it from an official source, and I can promise, there are very few official eBay sources.

You will probably need to submit a standard RMA, not an advanced RMA.

I bought card from a private person who registered the card on EVGA official website

    Seller described the item as:
''Brand new, box was opened just to check content, card is in factory sealed bag.
    Card serial number was recorded''

I received the item as described

Then the card is used. There is no way around that. eBay is not an approved site for purchasing new hardware, except when purchase from EVGA’s own official eBay page.

You have the second hand warranty, but you are not able to use the advanced RMA warranty.

I am honestly not sure, but you can go here: https://www.evga.com/support/rma.asp and see if you can submit an RMA under your GPU serial number.

If you have your original ticket number, you may be able to utilize that for the RMA, but I could be wrong.  If I am, I apologize, but I don't typically deal with this portion of the process.

The card is recognized by evga as second-hand, also because you bought it from a private individual. If they have not accepted your rma, you will have to repeat it, as proof of purchase you will have to upload the paypal receipt you already have. You will have to do a standard RMA, you cannot request cross shipping. They refused me cross shipping even for a defective card sent by them, imagine if they accept your advanced RMA.
