Probably 2 weeks, as that is typically how long it takes the shipment to get from the US to the EU region

Why did they downgrade the HC board under the FTW3 one?

The FTW3 Hydro copper isn't listed, so how has it been downgraded?

The SC2 is still the SC2 PCB, whether there is a Air Cooler, Hybrid AIO, or Hydrocopper block..  This isn't an FTW3 downgraded.

I was referring to the fact that instead of using a FTW3 (with 10+2 power phases) they used the same power delivery as the FE for the Hydro Copper version. So, again, why? Why improve cooling but use a lower performing board design?

I see.  Does EVGA plan on releasing a FTW3 HC GPU?  (So many acronyms)

Are you saying it WILL be listed?  Well now i'm afraid to open the SC2 HCs . Seems like there is a good chance FTW3 HCs could be listed since there will be FTW3 Hybrids .
Not used to there being more than 1 type of HC .

If I remember correctly from the Computex coverage, there will be HC blocks for the SC2, FTW3, and the Kingpin. The FTW3 HC block was shown next to the FTW3 Hybrid in most reviewers’ videos.

HC is being made by EKWB, EVGA only puts a nice cover on EKWB's product. Since EKWB already started selling FTW3's full cover block a few days ago there definitely will be a HC FTW3 edition. And if there's none just get a normal FTW3 and the block (EKWB or EVGA) separately.
