If your vbios allows 373w power limit then you're already running the latest vbios. OC vbios makes some of the fans run all the time.

That is all it does. Fan 1 will run at 20% all the time while the other will turn off all fans when they aren't needed.

So the curve itself doesn't change? I though it was more agressive curve all the way long.

Where I can find the official information about the 2 bios?

And thanks Sajin, but I have 3 people I know who have a ftw3 ultra, we all can use 373w but we have 3 differents bios, that's why I ask where I can find the bios list with date and changelog (like motherboard), thanks!

No, the curve doesn't change. You can contact evga support for official info. Evga will also be able to provide you with the latest vbios.

BIOS changes during production are because of Hardware updates or different versions of Cards

Hybrid Cards have a different BIOS version than air cooled & Hydro Cooper may also be different than those

EVGA will only supply the Stock BIOS for your card based on the sticker information under your backplate --> Unless there is a "global update" due to a revision

you can check for user based information https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/

Unlike the Older GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 HC Cards they had higher Clocks then the other Model Cards, but on the RTX 2080 Ti FTW3 Cards they are all the Same of the 3 FTW3 ULTRA Cards that is.
On my GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 Hybrid Cards the Bios had different Clock Settings and not just Fan Settings Changes.
I see no difference between the Normal and OC Bios on my RTX 2080 Ti FTW3 HC Cards.
