I have a 4080 Fe and now no bios or anything shows up (no video).

I’m trying to update bios via the usb and bios update button but I keep getting error E1.

Any suggestions?

have u tried the following?
 
NVIDIA Firmware Fix for 4090 FE / 4080 FE for no picture at POST

> PSU: Seasonic VERTEX GX-1200
> Mainboard: EVGA Z690 CLASSIFIED (BIOS v1.03 12/3/2021)
> CPU: Intel Core i9-12900KF
> AIO: EVGA CLC 240mm

Is it possible to update the card when i get no picture?

do u mean "...if you do not get picture at POST...", like the OP says in the link ^^?

Try a different Bios switch, 1 2 or 3 and switchoff/unplug pc then push the power button. Then switch on/plug it back in then hold down the bios button for 5 seconds until the zero starts swirling. 

You will need the bios (EVGAE699.bin) on the root of a fat32 formatted USB. 
 
The EVGA Usb is a suitable choice to put the bios on.

i can't train 8000c32 on this bios while i was able to train 8400c34 on 1,15 bios
 
using 12900KS and A die Sk hynix green stick

Anyone know if this "fix" is going to make it's way into the official z690 KingPin bios update?  The OC Robot doesn't support the i9-13900KS on this version of the bios. . though I can't confirm that 2.08 does either because of this issue, but running an old bios revision as a fix seems like it should be a temporary fix.
