What kind of freezes... the momentary pause/stutter types, or the computer-is-down-need-hard-reset type?

If it's the stutter type, then try logging them with either EVGA's Precision X, MSI's AfterBurner or whatever else you might think of (though, not at the same time as P-X, AB and the like might not play too well with each other)

The same thing happened with a Titan X Maxwell. Actually, I wasn't that lucky... instead of a blue screen and recovering, it straight up died and needed to be RMA'd.

MSI AB has the ability to log the data it collects. When you open it up, you should be able to right click on the lower portion (where there should be a graph or two) and select start logging or something. There's another way to do it from inside the settings, under monitoring tab.

But if it's a hardware failure, it might not show up in logs. If a part is defective or otherwise gone bad, you're usually better off doing hardware swaps to locate the part(s) causing the issue.

Is this a new system where you've had the issue from the beginning? Or is this an older system with the issue being new? Because if it's the latter, then if you're lucky, it might have to do with an incompatible program or something (running in background?).

Maybe it's time for a flushing... wipe the OS and reinstall from scratch.

You ran enough passes. Are you running your ram at 3200 MHz? If yes, try 2133 MHz with correct timings & voltage to see if it helps clear up the freezing.

Maybe turn off hardware acceleration on your web browser and see if that stops the freezes while scrolling. If it does you might try clean installing your display drivers.

They are set to 2133 timings and voltage are set were they are supposed to be.

Have you tried a gaming benchmark like Futuremark or Unigine? Those can put a good workout on a CPU and memory as well as the GPU and PSU.

For that to work right I would have to use the number one slot right if that's right  my cooler is in the way.

I run the above set a Auto on the Memory and CPU then after each 1000K boost like from 4000MHz to 4100MHz on the CPU then on to 4200MHz.
Then once I have a good CPU OC then I go back 2 say like from 4400MHz to 4200MHz on the CPU then set the Memory to use the XMP profile, an so on.
I do this with HT Off then change to on after I have to Good OC then retest.

Looks like a windows install fixed your issue.
When I had crashing issues it was because of a earlier version of Samsung Magician.
I enabled Rapid Mode to take advantage of the 3d stacked memory.
Turns out it wasnt playing nice with BF4.

    (Its been updated and fixed.)
