Bad service. At the beginning of November I sent my rma video card, you replaced me the same one that arrived on November 20th, defective with artifacts and without being able to open a single game. On November 20th I reopened the ticket, mine you replied on December 2nd, and I am still waiting for your courier to at least send me the card and withdraw the old one, they would have liked it at the same time since I need the pc and that the error is of your technical service. What and how long do I have to wait any longer? Will I be able to play with my Video Card at Christmas? At least the people you contacted try to complete the paperwork thank you. Since you can contact the evga, please tell her that I want my old card back that only had the problem of some fake boot. Otherwise, my consumers' association will be in contact shortly. It is not a way to behave especially after sending a faulty card instead. I've already opened rma, and they don't send me a replacement card or arrange shipping for the faulty one sent to me.

I'm going to renew this post to the extreme, that's all I can do. You are the closest voices to evga.

EVGA EU has been slower than normal due to a move or changes within the EU shop. They are working to complete RMA’s and respond to the quantity of tickets created after the launch of the 3000 series cards.

Hopefully they get back to you soon. RJ already forwarded your message up.

First of all I was hoping for at least one earlier since they have already sent me the replacement card but it is faulty. Then since the rma is already active I would not want them to be waiting for me to send the card (which I will never do, because I do not want to lose any more money because of them), as it is up to them to send me the courier. I just hope they don't make the time run out since it's been practically 10 days already, having to redo the whole ticket process because they let the times run out doesn't seem right.

Honestly, no disrespect, but this excuse the mods keep farting out is getting long in the tooth. Moving, Product launch, restructuring, COVID. The funny thing is that EU CS give out totally different excuses that don't match what the mods are saying. So internal communication seems as poor as customer communication.

Anyway, Dragonfly, ring them dude. You'll just go round in circles via email.

I would also call them, but I already know that they will not answer, and then unfortunately my English is really low, I would not be able to hold such a technical conversation. Thank you, but unfortunately I just have to wait.

I know very well that all this is because of the mess they made with the release of the 3000 series (the evga has the highest rma rate on the new series), and perhaps to a small extent the covid. But I also know that other companies aren't having similar problems.

IMHO, I think COVID and the recent product release only compounded the problems that already existed at EU HQ . The issues with the store and CS where prevalent long before the pandemic or Covid.  A quick search on this forum will highlight that; the same excuses back then too.

But does it say I'll never see a working video card again?

Hello

We are sorry about the delays. Our EU office is only open 5 days a week. I have however cancelled the Standard RMA and submitting a Cross Ship. I will send over an email to our EU team to process this quicker. Once again, very sorry

Thanks, I'm glad at least someone from Evga answered. But I am unhappy with the way the technical service works in Europe, and above all with having to go through a forum to solve problems.

Thank you for the help you gave me, but they rejected cross shipping. in practice it is not valid for second hand cards. To understand us they make the mistake and I pay the consequences. Sorry if I dare but they are pieces of, if you want to delete the comment, patience. If you can contact them to have the courier prepared quickly, even if by now I understand that I will see the card (if I see it) after Christmas, congratulations for the service (not you but the European one), I would not want them to wait for me to do the shipping, because if I have to lose more money for your mistakes, I'm already calling the Antitrust Italy.

Of course, evga has lost a customer. But you Daniel McNmara, for my part, have earned points in the feedback

Thanks, however, by now I understand that I will not see the video card before Christmas. I guess they close for Christmas and come back in January. Patience, even if very demoralized, I will wait. Anyway, thanks for your help.

you can contact evga

contacting evga by phone is impossible, especially since I don't speak English. Besides the ticket I have no other systems.

I think that tomorrow I will send the card, unfortunately at my expense, then I will try to ask for a refund, if they give it to me well, otherwise patience, I'll take it in. However I probably don't think about buying another evga product, if in the only time I needed it, evga behaved badly, I guess how it normally is. If you have news, thank you, otherwise I will prepare the package in 12 hours.

Yes, unfortunately EVGA's EU customer service isnt too good and, sadly, its been that way since they started there. In the US they are amazing, you'd think it was a different company, but thats where there HQ is so thats probably why. If you have a gpu company that can give you better warranty service in Italy, then you may want to explore that route and see if its true. I think where the companys HQ is located seems to make all the difference. Asus, for example, rma service in the US makes you want to pull your hair out, just terrible, but apparently in the EU/Asia area they are amazing.

I was about to ship tomorrow, but then I thought, that now the rma service closes, and therefore I would find myself without a pc. Patience I'll have to wait again. and in any case another 30 € that goes away. I continue to thank EVGA for this wonderful experience spent with her.

Asus in the time it took evga to answer, to a friend to collect and send back a video card.
