It is a pity that unfortunately the last word is always up to the European service, which destroys all the help given by the US service.

I keep commenting on the post mostly because those who have the European service understand that evga is crap.
Update: today December 20th, evga still hasn't sent me the courier to collect the card, as expected, I had to pay for the shipping again, evga didn't give a damn about me.

And now the joke, I also come to say that it is my fault that they sent me the label for the choir, but I have not confirmed everything? Checked and re-checked all emails, no labels, just teasing. Okay, I'll send you all my data (which you already have in the RMA and which you confirmed by sending the pdf with the RMA number to my email) as you asked me, let's see how long I still have to wait dear evga to get the courier label from you. So I know you're just wasting time.

I also recently had an RMA with EVGA EU. It takes them about a week to reply without follow-up between mails. 

Once they received my card though they sent another one back right away in less than 24hrs. The card the sent me back though has faulty LED, it intermittently works. Forgivable since this is only a placeholder card in my Step-Up to a 3080 which I am still waiting for over 3 months now. I would rather not spend more Eur sending it back for a faulty LED as this is only a temporary card. The original card started generating artifacts in less than 3 months from brand new. RMA was done and completed in Nov this year as well. From Belgium by the way.

I started the rma in early November, with shipment of the card around 6 and receipt of the replacement on 21 November. Too bad the replacement immediately presented artifacts and since then I have been fighting to have her replaced at their expense. Some American technicians tried to rescue them but to no avail. And then in the end they also tell me that they sent the shipment but that I have not confirmed? Forget it, I wrote to him again that I am waiting for the courier, but I think I will have to send it at my expense, but now I am waiting after the holidays. Unfortunately I'm not waiting for a 3080, I have a very good 2080 ftw3 and I would like it to work as it is still good for a long time to come.

Update: on December 30, 2020, evga finally sent me the shipping label at its expense, after about 40 days from the arrival of the defective card. Parcel sent on 31 morning, we hope it will be good to throw it away on New Year's Eve Curious fact: every time I contacted them, they took weeks to reply, on the 31st morning I sent an update informing them that I had already sent the package and they replied after about 1 hour. It makes me think that they read the messages, but they don't respond to waste time waiting to figure out what to do.

Finally after the shipment on December 31st, yesterday January 13th the new video card started, that is new so to speak it will always be used, I just have to hope it works, but given the previous ones I don't have much confidence that this will happen. I should arrive on January 21, I made the first shipment of the card in early November. Almost three months. EVGA service is not good in Europe at all.
