Anyone else have issues with audio passthrough? Just hooked up my new z20, and the audio passthrough isn't working correctly.
It appears that a very terrible quality is coming through on the left side, but nothing for right stereo.
Yes, I tried different headphones, and it is plugged into the PC.

Never had any problem with my Razer passthrough. Gonna probably try for an RMA on it...

Check if it is TRS or TRRS, count the rings on it. On trick that sometimes works if it has an extra ring is to pull it out just a little rather than having it in fully. Let me know if that fixes it.

I just got a pair of Sennheiser IE 100 pros and decided to use the Z20 passthrough because of the short cable that's included with the IEMs. I only had sound coming through the left for both left and right sounds. The keyboard > MB connector is TRRS so pulling it out one ring solved the issue. Thank you!

You would need a TRRS splitter adapter or pull the plug out 1 step

I am having the same issue. Today I just plugged in my headphones I've been using for years into the z20 audio port. I only get sound in the left ear. Troubleshooter in windows shows nothing wrong, audio drivers and keyboard drivers are fully updated, and I know the headphones support stereo sound because I've been using them that way for years. Plugging the headphones back in directly makes it work again, not sure why the keyboard port can only output to the left ear?

Pull the keyboard's audio connector out from the audio jack by 1 ring. You can listen to something while you do this to make sure you get it in the right spot.

Wow, that seems bit weird but it did work for me! Thank you! I'll probably just it directly connected in case it gets pushed in by the other wires somehow.

Z20 supports Mic in and audio out. You'll need an adapter like the image above. (I originally put the wrong image of a splitter its the correct one now)
