Asus Z370 Pro Gaming - led issue when pc is off.

Hello. So on first 2 days when i plug my new pc with Asus Z370 Pro gaming ,after shutted off pc led was still on mobo. When I power my computer off, the LEDs remain on.**Today i turned off pc and led is not blinking. This is only when pc is off. When i turn on pc led is blinking like always. So why it stopped blinking after pc is shutted off? Is this a problem or just ignore?
Ah i remember this happened after i choose XMP profile in memory. And then. Any ideas?*
 
I remember that i was shutting down pc by power button. And when pc was off leds on mobo was still on. Now i am closing properly by Windows 10 shutdown button and leds are not working when pc is off. Maybe because of this or that doesnt matteR?

    I saw in my windows 10 pro 64  some where I think in the power setup (drill down in menu) as to what the Power Switch should do.  Sleep, Hibernate, or Power Off were the choices.  So you may not be shutting the PC completely off.
