Bumping this because I'd also be interested in this information.  I haven't heard anything about there being differences between a stock or Hybrid for thermal pads and I'm currently researching which thermal pads to buy.
 
I've found some other posts here that have some detailed information that are about the same so that's what I'm going with for now.

I'm sure you've all already checked the manual, which I just did too and it doesn't say. I did see another forum member say that they were told by EVGA that variance in thermal pad thickness was okay sometimes (like 2mm in place of 1.5mm). If it's already in your possession, you could just measure them. They're either going to be 0.5mm, 1mm, or 1.5mm typically.
