    It's a great looking PSU I think and I have been using the G3 and been happy with it. I am really surprised that the G5 came out at a lower price then the older G3 but looks to have some improvements. I can't wait to see the reviews to see what people think of the Power supply.

    It really is a fantastic PSU to look at. I think the Green really makes it stand out imo.

    I wonder if this is supposed to take the place of the new G+ psu's that came out right before this ? ? 
    .. because I haven't seen the 1000W G+ come back in stock since I bought it , then these appeared.
     
     Only difference I see is my G+ talks about tighter voltage regulations and it is not an 'ECO' version.  ( which I like actually better )

    No, G+ is just out of stock currently.  We'll have more soon, but not immediately.
