After reading about all the horror for a week I'm like as happy just hearing people got an order in as myself ordering a new card!

Got a 3090 FTW3 Ultra. It took SO freaking long. Checkout SO MANY times. SO MANY ERRORS! But as to who won? It's whomever is collecting both of my kidneys for that card. That's who won.

I managed to get a 3090 FTW3 ULTRA. Took more than an hour and a half and hundreds of errors and about 100 retries, so I hope it sticks and that the order gets confirmed, crossing my fingers!
Edit: in my case, I believe the elite promo helped.

Congratz to all!! I went through the same pain of F5, F5, F5..... Place order, Place order, Place order for a whole hour myself! I finally got a FTW3 Ultra 3090 as well. Pissed me off and I'm NEVER doing this launch period rushbuy thing ever again!! ^famous last words

It did take 75 minutes to finally see the order confirmation for my 3090 FTW3 Ultra, but I more than appreciate that EVGA made those cards available the way they did. All other websites I had bookmarked for various 3090 models never even gave me the option to put anything in the cart. Kudos to EVGA for actually listening to their customers' requests and taking effective steps to deal with bots (it didn't dawn on me until yesterday afternoon, but I assume they also did not post the links for the incoming cards early to further stymie scalpers).
Either way, I am very excited for delivery tomorrow : )
@Crismac1 - no you're not, and I couldn't even reach the main website as I was trying to checkout the card through the Elite page.

The real winners will be those who score the best 3080 and possibly 3070 cards. The 3090 performance improvement over 3080 is like 10 fps - hardly worth the massive additional cost.

My current 2080 Super XC Ultra (courtesy of Peter and Jacob) looks quite naked with that AiO on it. It will be a HILARIOUS difference - until I manage to get a bigger AiO on that 3090 FTW3 Ultra - if I can manage to keep the back and front plates on, since the VRAM on the back needs cooling (or maybe just a loose fan blowing over them?) I'll try and remember to take pictures for ModRigs!
