So I RMA'd my EVGA 980 Ti SC+ recently because I could not get my pc to boot when it was connected to the PSU. It would however turn on if it was just sitting on the mobo (the LEDs would turn on and the fans would spin, stop and spin again every few seconds) The replacement card turned on just fine but my PC instantly shut off the moment the loading reached 100% and then I was back to my original problem. The thing is I RMA'd it a week before my warranty ended. I got the replacement card a few days after my warranty had ended, is it still possible to get a last replacement or am I out of luck? Or is the card not the problem and it's something else? My power supply is an EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G2 80+ GOLD that i've had since I bought my original EVGA 980 Ti SC+ back in 2015.

Edit: I first ran into my issue when I was playing FFXV. I kept trying to run NVIDIA ANSEL (ALT+F2) but all I would get is a black screen. So I decided to keep playing since that wasn't working and a while later my PC shuts off as if someone unplugged the power supply and it would not turn back on until I removed the GPU. Which lead me to believe the issue was the GPU. Before this I was able to play FFXV fine for about 5 hours or so.
