Does anyone know if their are release notes on what firmware update this is? this prompt is up right after installing newest precision x and then trying to run it

It just updates the firmware on the card that control the lights and fans. Its an easy 30 second process. I did it on my FTW3 3080 np.

I haven’t really seen update notes but I always allow the latest firmware update to be installed. In the past they seem to have altered the default fan curve or improved stability.

so with a update on ftw cards do you have to update each bios separately ?
original and oc bios ? or does running precision x1 update both bios at same time ?
10700, msi z590 mb ,16gig ram, 3070ti ftw3 ultra, win 10 , crucial m.2's

That's an awesome question considering I have never switched the bios switch. Anticipating to hear more on this mater.
The firmware update is to make the ICX reading more accurate. Updating the firmware has nothing to do with the VBIOS so there's no need to play with the BIOS switch.
