3080 ti - Ftw3 Ultra vs Xc3 Ultra

Hello friends . I am using both 3080 Ti cards. At the same temperature values, the fan speed of the FTW3 ultra is 40%, while the fan speed of the xc3 ultra is running at 90%. No matter what I do I can't lower this fan speed. Why does Xc3 work like this? Does anyone have an idea ?

    You have 2 PCs ? 
     
    Or is it two cards in one PC & (which card is where)?
     
    EVGA Part numbers of your GPUs?
     
    what OC software are you using / if any ?
     
    how are you loading the cards ?
