I have been trying to create an account for my son's EVGA graphics card, however it seems that the phone verification in the sign up tab does not work. We enter the code that we receive via SMS, however the "confirmation" button does not register anything, thus not allowing us to create an account.
Is this a site wide issue? and if so, are we expecting a fix date?

Make sure when entering the number, there are no spaces, dashes, or extra characters, just the numbers or a + for the country code depending on where you are, and the remainder of the numbers.

I seem to be having the same issue still, some people are able to create , can you please advise how. I've tried different computers/devices and I cleared cache cookies so forth. It send me the text , i go to confirm it , type the code in the account creation section and click the confirm and nothing happens. Such a bummer , I know ill probably get a new link but still

I am experiencing the same problem.
You have an account with only 2 posts and you are already trying to create another account? You are not allowed to have multiple accounts.

If it’s any of your business when I created the notify for the card my emails are 1 digit difference 000 and 00 I accidentally used my business email

You should get in contact with webmaster@evga.com to resolve your email address and account issues. You are only allowed to have one account linked to one email address. The webmaster will gladly fix the one account and nuke the duplicate account for you.

Funny since you know everything evidently. EVGA CSR told me to create a new account, would u want 2 for, extra privilege of waiting another year for some notifies. You want the emails telling me how I should handle things

I'm having the same issue today. How do I get my SMS confirmation code. My phone number is correct. It looks like this +1xxxxxxxxx. No spaces, dashes or weirdness.
