I'm sure they will deny 90% of them... That is terrible.
They already took the time to deny any late apps and issue a warning about owning those items to those people but have yet to process the on time apps and give them any paper work to show they are legal. They are saying it might take up to a year at this point, so until then how do you prove if your are legal or not? You know what the police will say, guilty until innocent.
Side note conn also now has a law in the works thats deems all horse as vicious animals by nature and puts them on the same standing as a rabid dog.
