I'm not sure what kind of information you are expecting to receive. No one is going to void their warranty, desolder them, and give you an accurate value. Best case, someone will measure them in-circuit and the value given will only be useful to you as a reference as you trial-and-error to try to reach the same in-circuit values. But, in practice, even that will probably never happen, as the effort of tearing the card down and making measurements is too great for most, and your pool is limited to the small sliver of those who own the card.

Your best bet is to buy a second card, do your own research, and then sell one of them when you are done.

Insane. EVGA has never released such information in the past. Guess that is the perk of a company no longer worrying about business.

 
Likely, as they are no longer in the GPU design business, there's no longer a need to keep that information proprietary.
Seems to me, goodwill would increase the likelihood of future business.
