The price hike from a 3080 to a 3080 ti is significant while only being marginally better.
For me the 3080 is the sweet spot. Can run any game 4k ultra settings over 60fps.

Something about a PS5 with no games to buy

I'm probably going to wait on the 40 series, unless I can snag a 3080 from BB some day...

I think the 3060 Ti is actually the sweet spot. Hits 1080 and 1440 really well. Everything above that is above and beyond I think.
