3080 XC3 Ultra Bios page?

Hey guys I've searched high and low for an "update.exe"  style bios update from EVGA for the XC3 card. I see this page has 6 downloads for BIOS's for the FTW3 card but not one for the XC3 Ultra:

 
Here's why:
nvflash is just not working for me it keeps saying "nothing changed" when I try to flash my card (3080 XC3 Ultra)
 
I installed the hybrid kit and then downloaded the originally provided XC3 hybrid bios as discussed here:

 
And as many people pointed out it does not work right and the idle power usage was 190W. So I tried using nvflash to return it back to stock but it did not work. So I tried flashing it to the FTW3 Hybrid bios using a download from EVGA  and it works now but the cards max power draw is 380W and i'm not sure that's a good thing. I would be fine with the 366w limit originally set in the BIOS for the XC3 Ultra but I can't find a download, again nvflash is not working for me no matter what I do :-(

    Did you save your original BIOS file before flashing?
    If you are certain you have the correct file, you can use the --protectoff command and then override any mismatches you might get.

    I unfortunately did not save my original bios.

    I am now very familiar with how nvflash works i.e nvflash64 --protectoff then nvflash64 -6 romname.rom then --protecton when done it's just that when when I try it, it just won't go. When I use --protectoff it even confirms that it updated eeprom status.

    I'm sorry, I don't know where to find the file you're talking about.
    Perhaps NVFlash thinks the 2 BIOS are the same? Something (RISKY) you could do is flash a different (completely unrelated) BIOS from another card to your XC3, then flash the original XC3 BIOS back. But I would only do that if you can't find another solution, since the XC3 doesn't appear to have dual BIOS.

    Just use Precision X1 to update the bios.
