3080 XC3 Random Black Screen Crashes

You all seem very knowledgeable on this thread so can you help me?

I have a 3 week old 3080 ftw ultra, asus deluxe 2 mb. 32 GB ram, rm 850x psu, i7 6800k, 3 ssd, 2 external HD, and I get random black screen crashes daily. Sometimes it just restarts, less often. And yesterday it shutdown and had a red light on the card by the power plugs. I moved those around on the card and it's running again now with no light. It happens playing resident evil or just YouTube so it's not just games. RmA is approved, but is a new card going to help me or is it something else? Any advice please and thank you.

I'd check the card out in another system before sending it off to rma.
