3080 TI Video bios update?

I noticed I have a video bios update for my 3080 TI, is this safe? what does it fix? 
 
I don't see anyone talking about it on the forums

    I noticed the pinned BIOS thread hasn't changed but I feel like I've seen a newer VBIOS for 3080 Ti FTW3 Ultra. Is there a newer link to the bios?
     
    PX1 shows my BIOS currently 94.02.71.80.74 and Firmware 2.01.22

    PX1 shows my BIOS currently 94.02.71.80.74 and Firmware 2.01.22
     


    mines 94.02.71.80.84 using the oc bios switch to enabled.
    Make sure precession is updated to latest version and it should flash it for you.

    PX1 does show it is the latest version (1.3.0.0). However, my bios switch is not on OC. Think that would make a difference?

    Same here. BIOS not on OC and PX1 doesn't tell me there's an update available.

    I just flipped my switch to OC and rebooted and PX1 immediately showed a VBIOs update available.

    I haven't switched it back to Normal, but it appears to only be presenting this VBIOS to the OC profile.

    Probably it's running two different vBIOS based on that switch. I am going to keep it in "normal" as I don't want to OC it :) (and switching it back probably loads the "old" bios)

    All the OC switch does is turn off 0DB fan mode at idle (turns off the no fan spin at idle) and sets a more aggressive fan curve with a higher power limit (450 watts max)
